Returns & Resolution

Due to the curated and often made-to-order nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility

  • Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are typically non-returnable
  • Standard items may be eligible for return with prior authorization
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Return Authorization

All returns require approval from Opulent Avenue prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Restocking & Fees

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, return freight costs, or manufacturer handling charges.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected by the manufacturer or fulfillment partner.
