Return Authorization:

All returns require prior approval. Please contact support@opulentavenue.com to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Certain oversized, freight, or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Eligibility will be confirmed during the return authorization process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 24 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Verified damage or defects will be resolved at no cost to you.
