How We Ship
Most Opulent Avenue products ship via freight carrier (LTL) due to their size and weight. Smaller accessories ship via standard carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 5-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeline
- Small accessories: 5-10 business days via UPS/FedEx
- Large items (grills, islands): 2-4 weeks via freight carrier
What to Expect
- Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments deliver to the end of your driveway
- Pallet Delivery: Large items arrive on pallets and may require 2-3 people to move
- Signature Required: Someone must be present to sign
- Inspect Before Signing: Check for visible damage and note any issues on the delivery receipt
White Glove Delivery
Need help getting your equipment to the backyard? White glove delivery is available and includes threshold delivery, room of choice placement, unpacking, and debris removal. Contact us for a quote.
Reporting Damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage and packaging.
