Delivery Experience
What to Expect
At Opulent Avenue, we partner directly with premium manufacturers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Because our products ship directly from the manufacturer, delivery timelines may vary depending on the item and availability.
Processing Time
All orders require 3-5 business days for processing. During this time, your order is confirmed, payment is verified, and your item is prepared for shipment by the manufacturer.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are typically delivered within 8-14 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order items require additional production time. Please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery of custom orders. You will be notified of your estimated delivery timeline upon order confirmation.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via freight or standard ground depending on the size and weight of the item. Larger items such as outdoor kitchens and grills are shipped via LTL freight with curbside delivery. White-glove delivery options may be available at an additional cost.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect your item immediately. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please take photos of any damage to the packaging and product and contact us at support@opulentavenue.com or call (480) 691-0395.
Returns and Restocking
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating any return.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or international addresses at this time.
